How Can We Help You?

There are many things that you can do to help with problems like feeling low or anxious, finding it difficult at work, having problems sleeping or generally not feeling yourself.

We offer help - from online computer programs that you can do at home to group sessions and lessons.  You can also get help from a qualified specialist including Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, and Counsellors who can help you work through a range of problems.

To get the most out of the help you choose it will be important to think about the ideas in between sessions, and practice any techniques that you learn.  It is also possible that you will feel unsettled or upset while you are working to get better - always let us know about this.

By reading this you have already taken the first steps to beat stress and anxiety and this website has many more things you can do over th next few weeks and months to help you feel better.  But there are some things you can do right now.
